Motoring Law

Motoring Solicitors

M & M Solicitors have a team of specialist motoring defence solicitors who can defend clients accused of a range of driving offences.

Whether you are facing 12 points, drink driving charges, speeding or any other offence, your driving licence and potentially career may be at risk. Our expert team can advise you on the best course of action and if needed, defend you in court.

In some cases, we may be able to defend you against a potential driving ban, help you avoid a potential conviction or reduce the level of penalty imposed.

Most of us rely on our driving licence to conduct our daily lives, therefore, it is vital that you seek specialist legal advice from the outset in order to limit penalties and the loss of your licence.

Free Initial Discussion

We understand that you will want to discuss your matter with an expert criminal solicitor, which is why we offer a no-obligation, free discussion to see how we can assist you. Please call us on 0292 048 2444 or email us at info@mandmsolicitors.co.uk.

What to do if you receive a Notice of Intended Prosecution (NIP) from the Police

If you receive one of these notices, it is imperative that you contact us straight away and before returning any forms. One of our solicitors will have an initial discussion with you to find out further details.

We will then carefully review the notice to advise as to whether it complies with the legal requirements and whether you should complete it and how, or not at all.

What to do if you are arrested or asked for a voluntary interview under caution

If you are arrested or are asked to attend a Police voluntary interview, then it is vital that you ask for M & M Solicitors at the police station or call us before you go in. At this point, everyone is entitled to free legal advice and our specialist motoring solicitors will be able to give you expert advice and representation.
